How do I place an order?

In-stock items can be added to the cart and checked out directly. For anything custom, send a quote request and we'll reply with options, pricing and a timeline.

Is there a minimum order?

Shop items have no minimum. Custom notebooks start at 25 units, business cards at 100, and greeting cards at 25.

Can I reorder a previous custom run?

Yes. We keep your approved files and specifications on hand, so reorders are quick and identical to the original.

Covers, trim size, interior ruling, page count, binding colour, printed inserts and packaging. If you're not sure something is possible, ask.

Do you offer design help?

We refine and prepare artwork for print at no charge. Full design work is quoted separately.

Will I see a proof?

Always. Every custom order receives a digital proof, and larger runs receive a physical sample before production.

What is your return policy?

Unused shop items may be returned within 30 days. Custom and personalized orders are made to order and cannot be returned.

What if something arrives damaged?

Send a photo within seven days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund the affected items.

Which file formats do you accept?

Vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG are ideal. We recommend raster files at 600 DPI or higher at final size — artwork below 600 DPI may result in lower-quality printing.

Do you need bleed?

Yes — 0.125in bleed on all sides for anything printing to the edge, with text kept 0.125in inside the trim.

Can you print full colour?

Yes, full colour and single-colour printing are both available. Spot-colour matching is quoted per project.
