What we collect

We collect only what we need to make and ship your order: your name, email, shipping and billing details, the artwork you upload, and the specifications of the product you design. Payment details are handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card number.

Your artwork

Uploaded files, proofs and print-ready PDFs are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are only retrievable through time-limited signed links. We use them to produce your order and to keep a record for reprints. We never sell, license or publish your artwork.

Cookies we use

This site uses only essential cookies and browser storage. We do not run advertising networks, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics profiling.

• Sign-in & account session

  Remembers the items in your cart and carries them into Shopify's secure checkout. Set by Shopify.

• Design studio session

  Stores your in-progress artwork, layout and preferences in your browser so you don't lose work between steps.

• Security & hosting

  Standard cookies used by our hosting platform to protect the site against abuse and to serve pages reliably.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because the cookies above are essential, blocking them will prevent sign-in, saved designs and checkout from working.

Sharing

We share information only with the services required to run the studio: Shopify (orders, payments and checkout), our hosting and database provider (site, accounts and file storage), our email provider (order and proof notifications) and shipping carriers.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and stored artwork. Email archivepaperandpress@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
